❤️ CHAPTER 10 * The next evening, the group of which we were now part, unanimously decided to go to the disco. * Sara and I had never been there before because our parents, also considering our young age, had never allowed us to go that much! * But that was our first real summer as teenagers and my parents, also through the interest of my uncle, had wanted to give me and Sara a little more confidence. * My best friend and I therefore prepared ourselves to experience that event with great trepidation... and when in the evening we showed up at the appointment with friends, dressed up for the occasion, many complimented us on the extravagance of our clothing and on our good looks. * We got into the car with Luca (me sitting in the front next to him) and Stefano, a friend who seemed to be glaring at Sara and who sat in the back seat with her. * There were a lot of us that night and for the occasion my parents had moved our curfew to 1:30 in the morning. * It was a beautiful evening for both of us: Sara did nothing but dance from start to finish, while after a while I sat down on a sofa with Luca. * He seemed a little down and when I asked him for an explanation, he revealed that he had a problem and didn't know how to solve it. * “There's a girl I've fallen in love with like I've never fallen in love with before,” he explained, but I just don't have the courage to tell him... also because I'm not so sure she likes me. * “If you tell me who she is, maybe I can help you,” I found the courage to say to him. * Luca looked me in the eyes and replied: “It's you Asia, that girl is you!”. * Without ever looking away from his I replied: “..so what are you waiting for to kiss me, stupid!!“
