❤️ CHAPTER 12 * For the night of the shooting stars (San Lorenzo), we all had organized a big bonfire on the beach. * At that time it was a very widespread custom among young people to spend the evening after having lit a large fire on the sand, sitting around it and accompanied by one or more guitars... singing their favorite songs at the top of their lungs. * On those occasions, eating pizzas, calzones and drinking rivers of beer was quite normal and very popular, at least in Salento. * The bath at midnight then, completely naked, concluded the kind of events that today, years later, we all remember with great nostalgia. * After spending the afternoon gathering wood, the boys had piled up the fruit of their labor on the beach, near the place where we would light the bonfire and in the evening, around 9.00 pm, we all met there to take part in that night magical. * For Sara and me then, it was the first time and we had lived it as one would live a dream. * Luca and I had been together for almost a week and my best friend had also started a beautiful story with Stefano. * It was all absolutely fantastic: my boyfriend and I remained hugging each other around the fire, kissing and exchanging tenderness for the whole time...until the moment in which what we would never forget happened...
