❤️ CHAPTER 24* Despite the presence of my best friend (and very sweet lover) by my side.. those three days seemed interminable to me. My constant thought had always been him: Luca, the boy with whom I had made love for the first time in my life and who I was now irremediably lost. It was wonderful to enjoy myself in his arms, as he whispered to me how unique and special I was to him and how his life no longer had any meaning without me by his side. In short, it had all been like living a dream and certainly even more beautiful than I had imagined: I would not forget that night on the beach for the rest of my life. * Fortunately I had managed to communicate with him through the friends of the group, who, no longer seeing me or Sara... had come to look for us at home. I had asked them to hug him tightly on my behalf, asking him to wait for me as I would be back soon. * The next day they showed up again to give me his answer: he was crazy about me and would never have given up on me even if they had ordered him to do so with a gun pointed at his head. * I felt like I was going crazy with joy hearing those words and I cried like a fool in front of my friends. * It's a shame that in about a couple of weeks, the darkest period of our long love story would begin.
